It has been another great week here at the Creek. The students have been working hard on their regions project. I am proud of the pride the students are taking in their work. I cannot wait to see the finished projects! At this time the majority of students have completed their MAP testing. Everyone worked hard to show what they know. I will print-out a results chart for each student. These charts will either be sent home in boomerang folders or given to you during our parent conference. Speaking of conferences! I have enjoyed my time spend in parent conferences. I appreciate the time you took to meet with me, as well as your continued support of our classroom. If you were unable to attend your scheduled conference time, please be on the lookout for a newly scheduled time.
Thank you for your continued patience as I "catch up" from being absent last week. I am working to put first things first and being proactive. As I shared with the students today, we will have "Folder Friday" tomorrow. After picking up graded papers from my kitchen counter tonight when I get home, I will be sure to pack them and send folders home tomorrow.
